If something is not working, or your records do not look right, tell us here and a person at Libertas BR Portal will read it. You do not need to be signed in.
Before you write
- Cannot sign in? Each identification number has its own username. If you invest under more than one, each has a separate account. Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
- An investment is missing? You can add it yourself on your dashboard under “Is an investment missing?”.
- Never send us your password. Libertas BR Portal will never ask you for it.
